The branch on Verdae is always a pleasure to deal with for my financial needs. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. I was a member of SC Telco since the late 80's. Now that it's Spero, I have not been disappointed post-merger.

Worst credit union ever! They’re definitely not for the customers, they avoid calls and redirect you to a million different departments for one question when they do answer, website works every now again there hold times are outrageous so it useless to call during work week. If you’re thinking about becoming a member of spero financial, DON’T!

Called in to speak with customer service about my account today. Granted it’s a Friday evening around 5:40 pm. I understand that it’s almost closing time. The lady that answered the phone by the name of Angela was very distasteful. You can tell she was being smart but trying not to make it noticeable but it was. Did not greet until after she asked for info that’s ok but its always greet first. So I gave her my member number and then preceded to give password. Then she asked all my other information from address to etc. I then asked why if I gave password. She said because I gave it her without being asked she had to ask other questions. Ever since I’ve been a member since 2017 it has never mattered about other info long as phone passcode was given. I asked for supervision name and hers then she didn’t want to spell out I had to ask her to again and then it was hateful tone. After I said that’s all I needed she asked about if I needed help. No I wanted no service from her at all. Sad thing this not the first I’ve spoken to her either. It’s always a tone in her voice like she don’t want to be bothered. Angela definitely need a better customer service attitude. Spero customer service really starting to be disturbing.

Mrs. Johnson was very kind and pleasant. She's knowledgeable in knowing her products and a great listener. Ask for Mrs. S Johnson. You will not be disappointed.
