When I first became a member it was located inside the plant. It has grown over the years with more buildings and more employees, but the service has slowly deteriorated. It sad that some of the new people look at you like you are suspicious, well it’s because you have just started to work here and I was a member before you were born. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to join because of the way it’s being run and that seems to be in the ground. Oh well that’s what happens when someone new steps in and starts making changes.

The only bank in the world that doesn't make appointments to meet with a loan officer. They expect people to just wait around for an hour or 2. I'll be closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.

I opened my account with NUCU in 2016 and I absolutely love this CU. Always been treated nicely and the people go out of their way to help.

Used to be a really great bank until they started expanding now the small town feel is gone. All we hear now is excuses from staff on why they can’t do they’re job. They will leave you hanging any chance they get. Unfortunately we will be moving to another small town bank where they actually care about there customers and not the size of they’re bank accounts or the amount of interest they can get away with. Just like every other big bank they lose sight of what’s most important the customer.

Been with them for little over a year now but my thing is with the loan process. I think if you have had a loan and you are a good payer I think you should be able to get another loan without any hassle by you being a member of their establishment. I just want to be treated like a member I'm just trying to get my credit back on the right path. I never missed a payment I paid back on time and I got treated harshly. The phrase treat you like family is far from the truth more like a regular consumer.
