I've been a customer at Santee Cooper for more than 4 years but lately I notice a few new faces. Well, sad to say some of those new faces are just new faces. They don't know they're job. I went to my deposit box and the young lady ask me " where do I sign?" I ask her. ....you didn't learn this process in training? Of course, she refused to answer. BTW, I ask her name. ..again she refused to answer. Well, I must say they need to hire people that enjoy their jobs and that are friendly. Sad to say, I am really considering CLOSING my 3 accounts!

This bank that I've belong to for 15 years is Awful. I been stuck with no funds on vacation more than 3 times in fact they are so bad this is the first review I've ever written in the 37 years of living here on Earth. I am a firm believer that every one makes mistakes and I'm ok with that as long as it's acknowledged and corrected, hence the reason that although it's my money I waited a whole week to address the issue again, but I can honestly say they have NEVER apologized or fixed an issue that I've had with them.... All companies have different policies but having work for a large financial institution I know for a fact we would be fired for this banks conduct...
