I'm in tears. Been bothered all day. Never in my almost 60 years has this happened...I don't have an account here, thank God but this was a branch since I'm from da Triad NC. Just in nearby town 4 my moms who dealing with alot of medical issues & yest she had dialysis so I had 2 be bk at a certain time. I 4got 2 bring my license & it's raining a little but I had my passport. I asked young white lady can I use. She said yes. There was older white lady 2 da right of her. While I was filling out deposit slip & answerd questions...outta blue da young white lady says take off ur hat. I had on a white cap. It was a little cold & I didn't do my hair. It was braided tho so wearing da cap made me look more professional. Whilst I'm doing slip versus at da beginning is when she said take off ur cap. I started feeling funny. As a child of God & a Army disabled vet my spidey senses was like she treated me like a wanted criminal. I've been in many banks my whole life & never was told this. Since I deal with PTSD I was getting anxious, angry yet trying 2 stay calm. No one was behind me. I took off da hat. It took 4ever trying 2 get outta there but only minutes had passed. I made deposit & was so glad 2 be outta there.Had 2 get myself 2gether in da car. And if I had on a wig, would I have 2 take that off?

SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY My name is Don, I moved to Myrtle Beach 2years ago.my son recommended Carolina Trust on 21st street. I am used to doing business in banks from NY. Ex. Whoever is next in line, what can I do for you. EnterCarolina Trust, Hello or Good morning, how can I help you today. The experience, welcoming, warm and genuine. I didn't feel like a customer but someone special. The banks from NY should come down here for. Customer Care classes. Thank you to everyone I've come in contact with from CarolinaTrust

Wow, customer service has really gone downhill since 2024. I went in with a simple request to access my accounts online after trying a thousand times myself. The first person acted like I was wasting his time and basically told me to go home and do it myself. When I went back, a different employee treated me like I was stupid, in addition to wasting her time. Again, the answer was go home and do it yourself. It turns out this bank has special secret account numbers that are not the account numbers on your check. That's what I needed to login online. I'm fairly good at computers, design my own website, code some HTML and run an online business so it's not that I'm bad at technology. Other banks in the area have employees eager to help you. This one has rude employees who consider even long-term customers an inconvenience.

I am writing this review because my husband and I strongly feel that the service we have received from Jawan Mack has been outstanding! We find Jawan to be not only extremely knowledgeable but also kind, courteous, and friendly. For our banking service - we call and request Jawan to to work specifically with him. We have been working with him for years and look forward to continue!

I was having difficulty linking my bank with Carolina Trust so I could make my car payments. The first branch was closer to my home, but I didn’t get my problem resolved and found the employee to be rude. I decided to go to another location and was very pleased with the service and level of professionalism I received from Tammy! I wanted to set it up for auto pay and she took care of that too. Thank you Tammy!
