Oh boy where do I even begin with this bank. I get charged fees all the time and have no idea what they are for. Had to go into the bank to get a new debit card made when it got hacked and was given a card that does not work and had to end up going back to the bank to get another one made and this happened numerous times. I was either declined or given horrible rates on different loans throughout my six years being a member and every single time I ended up getting the loan through someone else with no issues and every time at a way better rate. I usually don't write negative reviews about anyone, but this is an exception because this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a bank. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

My son had the perfect credit score and the loan processor that was assisting him stated he knew my son would get approved and was impressed with my son’s credit score for his age. When the loan processor sent my son’s information by the financial manager to review for final decision, they denied him the loan. My son was hurt because he didn’t understand how they could deny him. I was hurt for him. The gave no reason or explanation as for why he was denied. They need to audit the place to see how many they denied for no reason.

Debit card gets shut off on a Friday, no warning or call..... get to the branch first thing Saturday just to be told to come back Monday since branch is closed on the inside. Go back Monday and they're closed for a holiday. I need a way to access my money without having to wait 3 days. Now my auto draft payments are all late. I've asked to remove the spending warnings prior to this happening since it's not the first time.

I made a payment on my credit card at the Virginia Avenue branch, which got applied to the wrong card (for the 2nd time in 6 months-even though I paid with the Visa payment stub I receive in the mail-not sure how in the world that happens), spent 2 days tracking that payment down, then had to cancel that card because a new card they sent me (old one about to expire) took over 3 weeks to get here and by then I had cancelled and ordered a new card, and paid $35 to have it shipped quickly..didn't receive it..I was lied to when I called when it didn't arrive and was told it had shipped..when I still didn't receive it, called AGAIN and was told not only was I charged $35 but it was not rushed...i asked if they could just activate the new card and give me the info so I could fix all of the accounts tied to the card that were cancelling service..they refused! Stay away from this nightmare of an organization. Would like to amend the above..Tim Ingerson contacted me immediately and offered not only an apology for a mistake made locally, but also did all he could to help me solve the actual credit card issue. I would like apologize to local CPM personal, my frustration was not with you. Thanks Tim!
