I've been working with this credit union for many years and always deposit my money around the same time every month. The last time I was at the pull up window I was treated with disrespect and unprofessional behavior by I believe a supervisor named Chylo. She not only told me she was going to hold my check I needed to pay my bills with, she totally disregarded my initial request for funds back which she had to fix later. I was also late for a medical appointment because of this over 20 minute delay. No one should go through this especially at a new credit union. Hope it gets better. Left 2 stars meaning there is still room for improvement.

Torri was an amazing customer service representative. I’m a long time customer but I haven’t accessed my account in several years. She put me at ease and provided everything I needed to get back on track. She was great and I’m glad I reconnected with Sentinel.

Would not recommend you to anyone at this point. Have had an account with you for decades. When I have an issue I don't get empathy and affirmation. The unhelpful person I spoke with at the beginning of the week lied to me and told me I had to pay off my credit card to close my checking account. She was like I went half the way for you. Like im supposed to be impressed your idea of good service is going half the distance. Also requested terms and conditions and spoke to someone else who said I did not have to pay my credit card off to close the checking account. I tried to put in a future close date today and of course and thats not possible either. Waiting for my direct deposit to cancel so I can come back and close it now. No attempts to save a customer either. I have mutiple checking and savings accounts with other banks, Capital One, American Express and Synchrony savings are honesty blowing you out of the water benifit wise for checking and savings accounts. They offer things like early deposit, no overdraft fees, atm fees credited back. They also offer higher paid interest on both checking and savings accounts and even treat you like your account matters. Also deal with fraud concerns and dispute them instead of using a 3rd party and trying to make the customer resolve them themselves. Feedback is a gift, I hope you do something valuable with it for those who do stay loyal members.

I love my bank. They are present for the community, they are family first and I receive fantastic customer service. The only complaint is they need to catch up to other banks with ATM deposit accessibility.

I have been using Sentinel for almost 30 years, and my family has been just as long! I purposely make the extra drive to the Radar Hill Branch with Nate working there! Not only has he always been on the ball of my personal account, but my business account! He has resolved issues with other banks in a timely manner when he didn’t have to! Everytime I go on he always has a smiling face and is easy to work with
