Huge KUDOS to Heidi! My card numbers got stolen, I requested a new card, new card got lost in the mail. She went soooo far out of her way to ensure I got another one, had it overnighted. It didn't come when it was expected, so I called again. She called the card company, found out it was due to weather down south, got a tracking number, and was so patient and understanding. There aren't enough people out there like you , Heidi. THANK YOU!!!!

Have not been able to access my bank account for almost 3 days. I tried calling them during business hours and they stated were closed! This is ridiculous I have bills to pay! Edit: this place has really gone down hill turns out they had to reset the whole banking system and gave no notice. 4 days without being able to access my bank account! I tried calling customer service and finally spoke to someone and she hung up on me and told me I would have to create a whole new account password and username and the app no longer works. Bank anywhere but here unless you want to be late on payments and have no notices in advance. Another edit I also was told that I would be getting a $15 deposit for the money I started my account with since I switched banks I never received it and I think it’s a lost cause at this point I was told that months ago and never received it. Stay clear of this place.

This credit union took money from me!! I'll never return after this & I don't recommend them to anyone. I'll never understand how the "money counting machine" was "spot on" when clearly I know how much money I had on me & was planning ahead with what bills I needed to pay! So if you would like your money taken from you, THIS IS IT! I've never felt so frustrated with a business & never have ran into an issue where $300 just randomly goes missing. Being questioned about "are you sure" YES IM SURE, I ALWAYS COUNT MY MONEY. This just shows how a credit union like them don't care & are quick to blame you for their own mistakes! $300 is alot of money that I had to lose out on because their audit shows its correct but again never recieved a call until I called them for answers & kept having to check to see what status they were at, it went to an doing an "audit" then to a guy "coming to look at the machine". Frustrating, mad, hurt & everything you can think of but I'll be closing my account.. never felt so in disbelief, never had this happen but it makes me more aware now. $300 isn't alot to some of you but it was to me because I trusted them with my money & I'll never ever be able to again!

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Their staff consists of older woman who clearly have their nose in the air. I am a full time factory worker, mother, and wife. They didn't cash cashier checks that came from their own bank! They just didn't because I am a mother who's appearance wasn't as clean cut as theirs. Probably didn't help I had tattoos.

I often get paid Friday evenings or early Sat morning, being closed on Saturday has put me in a bad spot several times. It's literally the only time I had to get there in person. Been banking there since 07 and recently had to start showing id to cash checks cause they go through tellers so often, a 16yr customer is now a stranger.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
