Edit: I went from a 5 star review to a 1 due to customer service and the flat out disresepct from manager Tiffany. I asked (at least twice) for a call back to get some clarification on ODP to which she blatantly blew off and shut down without any explanation of how this service worked (I emailed and left a phone message requesting clarity). Upon research and questions to others on my own, I reached out to Meghan to keep that on my account to which the response from Tiffany was "I am declining putting this service back onto your account". Yesterday, I once again called in as I had it in my mind I had the coverage at the beginning of the month, so I got caught up on other bills. Now Im financially strapped and no one from Aspen has the decency to call their customer back as I would like this service put back (especially after being there for 3 years)! I will be closing my account and moving to a bank who truly cares about their customers! OLD Review: Meghan with Aspen Federal Credit Union is fantastic! She goes above and beyond for me all the time. I am sooooo thankful I switched from BH Federal. Smartest move I've made

Meghan goes "out of her way" in providing all of my banking needs in a pleasant, efficient manner. I am very pleased with the degree of service she provides and would definitely recommend her and Aspen FCU!

If you love being inconvenienced, this is the place for you. As someone who runs a part-time business on the side, I don't always have time to stop by the bank on a weekday. My business partner and I found out the hard way that you cannot walk into the bank on Saturdays and they only operate from the drive through. Why would this matter, you ask? Well, we couldn't get into our bank account online because they updated their website interface, kicked out ALL their customers, and forced them to re-register. We tried 50 ways from Sunday to do this and it would not let us in, so we needed to go to the bank in person to try to figure it out, only to learn they aren't open for walk-ins on Saturday. Huge waste of time. Additionally, the staff at both branches were regularly rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions, and their drive throughs also suck. Overall, just not worth anyone's time or money. Go to an actual bank.

I want to give a big shout-out to Megan Steele at Aspen Federal Credit Union. She always goes above and beyond to make the banking process easy and stress-free. Megan is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. Not only is Megan amazing, but the entire team at Aspen Federal Credit Union makes every visit a positive experience. They are friendly, welcoming, and truly care about their members. If you’re looking for excellent service and a team that treats you like family, I highly recommend the Aspen Federal Credit Union staff.

I met Meghan Steele at Aspen Federal Credit Union. That's when I went inside the credit union to enquire about their new interest rates of 5.75% on new checking accounts. Meghan was very knowledgeable about the new policies there at the credit union and wonderfully patient with me while she created a new account for me there. Later, when I encountered problems of my own making, she was really helpful in straightening them out and getting me scared away again. If you are searching for extra returns on your money, she is the one that will get it done for you. She gets a 5 Star rating from me.
