By far the best banking experience I've ever had. The Union policies are a little overprotective which can be troublesome, however I'm glad they are taking extra steps to protect my information. If any issues arise, a quick and simple call has always sufficed. Amy the teller is amazing, she seems to have all the answers and solutions to any problem I ever have. All the while she is friendly, helpful, easy to talk to and very professional. She has earned the union a member for life. Thank you Dacotah FCU and a HUGE thank you to Amy!

It's always about customer service and interaction for me and they know how to make a person feel special here. I've been here a little over 2 yrs now and you couldn't pay me to leave them. To top that off with they work really hard for their customers like they did recently on a refi for me,Great job ladies!
