I’ve been with Levo for about almost 3 years. The Meadows location is a place I frequently visit, the staff at this location are amazing due to their urgency, consistency, accuracy, attentiveness and hospitality. Levo if your listening this location deserves an acknowledgment for the hard and consistent work they continue to bring to us members on a weekly basis.

Recently was there to sign papers with my parents. Had to wait for a teller to message the assistant branch manager, but first we had to wait for the tellers to finish up with customers first. At a bank they usually have some at a front desk to help with who you need to see. Finally we were able to get up to the teller, who sent a message immediately. We then waited over 20 minutes and had to ask the teller again. Turns out the assistant branch manager was working the drive through. We ended up waiting 30-40 minutes to do 5 minutes worth of signing papers. The tellers were great though.

Terrible….. daughter had a 700+ credit score, a member, and trying to get a car loan in her name. She currently owns the car (paid $15k cash) and tried borrowing $11k to make payments (with interest) to build car credit. “Julie” found every reason to deny her and explain that her score was false. Mentioned fraud to us multiple times. Never seen anything like it..
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
