I was having a lot of difficulty using their app, particularly with logins. I finally had the opportunity to take care of it when I took time off from work time take my mom here to help her open a savings account. I wasn't aware we needed an appointment for that but they did everything they could to prepare her for our appointment the next day. Also, even though fixing my login was difficult for them too, they were able to resolve it even though we showed up at a quarter to 5. That reminds me, if you want to make an appointment plan on being there at 4. The lobby closes at 5pm, the drive through is open until 5:30pm. Anyway, this branch is full of great people willing to go the extra mile even in less than ideal circumstances.

Love this branch! Tellers have always been amazing. Always have a smile on their faces, eager to help whatever the issue or just to say Hi! They remember who you are(I have no idea how with as many people that go through the bank daily). Very patient and accommodating. They make you a priority whether you are just cashing a check or dealing with a number of more in depth issues! I personally moved and live in another town, but will continue to use this branch all due to the service of their employees! Thank you!

A number of years ago I joined the Credit Union (CU) as a Board member as I strongly believed in the principle of cooperative ownership. I was so impressed by the dedication of the Board members who voluntarily worked so diligently for this common good of all members. Perhaps, even more dedicated, I saw the hard work by ALL the staff who were committed to serving Each and Every CU member-with a smile and cheerful, effective demeaner. I could not be more impressed by how Explorers Credit Union has grown in serve and in size since my first great encounters! Best Wishes to everyone at Explorers Credit Union! I have been with this credit union for over 40 years. It is great to have a financial institution that has the stability and ability to take care of its customers. Because they have always been strong supporters of their customers and community. I know I feel valued having them in my corner for financial activities. Would not even consider having it any other way. Until you experience the difference of Explorer's Credit Union, you are missing out. Highly recommend!

The Explorer's Credit Union puts people first and makes you feel comfortable when in their presents. They call you by your first name and help you achieve your dreams in financing cars, trips or just for a little extra cash on hand for me. I have gotten loans even over the phone and later went in to do the paper work. I had family joined the credit union.
