I have been banking here for over 15 years and never had a bad experience until I spoke to Paulette. She is not friendly and she does not greet you on the phone AT ALL! Honestly, I felt as if I was bothering her for inquiring about a loan application that I submitted on Monday which was a holiday and I gave her time and decided to call Wednesday. As I gave her my account number she stated “give me 30 minutes”. I then proceeded to ask if I would receive a phone call, an email, or should I call back. She stated I’ll call you. I received an email two hours later, which I was denied and I was okay with that decision, but it was just weird that she stated she would call in 30 minutes and I received an email hours later. I honestly think she should retire and put someone who is vibrant and able to greet their customers and communicate in a professional manner. On the bright side I love Ms. Sally, she has always treated me nice and is very professional.

They never answer the phone when you need them to. It’s ridiculous.

They have been good to me so far. I had called one day to change my loan date an the guy said he changed it but he really didn't I was charged a $25.00 late fee an I called back an talked with the same guy , I had to let him know that I talked with him other than that every thing has been good

The WORST credit union! more recently had an auto loan with them and dealt with payments being lost and harassment from the collections manager who returned calls every other week. His facts were always inconsistent and he never wanted to take ownership for his errors. It took for the branch manager to finally get involved to get some resolve to the situation. They are unaccommodating, unhelpful and not someone you want to do business with when it comes to money. I had such a terrible experience with them when it comes to communication and competency on their customer's accounts. AVOID!

Mrs Sally, Mrs. Paulette and Blake are amazing. I have had an account since 1996. I am very pleased with the professionalism and prompt service.
