I have had this bank for as long as I can remember always was well. But then once I started doing mobile deposits it all became a headache. Even if you do everything as requested you still do not know when your money or even where your money is. So recommend do not use for mobile deposit entry at this bank.

Great service! Shelly and Tammy were fantastic and super helpful making the loan application process so smooth. Closing was a breeze as well since signing by email was an option. Perfect experience!!

This place... The crap they have put me through. I was only 2 months behind on my loan payment, I go into one of the local branches to make a payment, they take my money and then call me into the office to tell me they are taking my car and having it towed. To which I was also going to have to pay a $400 tow bill I tried to level with the lady on the phone.. (which was from the corporate branch) Since I went in there that day and made a month payment. She had the paperwork wrong and said I was 3 months behind and obviously wasn't. (I had receipts from previous payments to prove I was as behind as she was trying to say I was) She was very rude, had an attitude, took my money, and instead of trying to work with me, said she could not cancel the tow truck but sat there and proceeded to call them to come get my vehicle. They were looking for any reason to take my vehicle. I explained my situation, begged them not to take my vehicle considering I wasn't even that far behind. My money was taken, I was talked down to, my vehicle ended up getting towed and my credit score dropping 100 points all because of a lack of; up to date paperwork. They have put me through hell over something that was messed up on their part! Seeming to look for any reason to take my car. These people are rude. Uptight, and greedy. They raised my interest rate $40 after the first year and failed to tell me. I don't recommend trying to get a loan from any branch. They are just out to take your money and earn they're commission no matter what the cost as long as it is out of someone else's pocket. These people have put me through hell for no good reason!

had a great experience with the nicest lady (Christy)assisting me in logging me in to the website and making sure I knew how to navigate it was very patient as I was multi-tasking Highly recommend overall they was also great with assisting in credit card approval with a great rate
