I’ve had a great experience with Bowater Credit Union for 15 years. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about their members. Anytime I’ve had a question about my account or needed assistance, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. I’m proud to be a member!

I love Bowater Credit Union. Great place to do business. There is one older teller with black hair on the inside, that has an attitude problem though. She never ever smiles, is generally snooty and seems to do just the bare minimum when serving you. Otherwise, the credit union is great!

Just wanted to thank Courtney Crick for helping my family after mother's death. She made it easy for us to close out her account. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The Bryan family. Also to Lori for being so kind to mother over the years.

If you are visiting and need to get change for an event, do not waste your time here. I used their ATM for cash and selected to provide $10 bills back. The machine dispersed only $20 bills. I went inside and they refuse to give change to anyone without an account. The irony? I walked into Piggly Wiggly right down the road and they had no problem exchanging my $20s for $10s on the spot. If a grocery store can manage giving change to a stranger, a literal bank should be able to as well. It feels un-neighborly and ridiculous to punish people just for being visitors, let alone paying the $3 ATM fee and not getting the denominations I asked for. They do not understand what customer service means.
