They buy surrounding properties and sit on them for years. No work on them. Letting no one buy them or rent them. Helping create a housing shortage. Not helpful to the community at all. The property next to them on spruce has been unoccupied for over a decade and they are happy to let you know that they do it.

I have been a member here since I moved to Chattanooga. They are so helpful, and understand a teacher's schedule...so you can do many things over the phone. Absolutely love them!!
