I recommend this Credit Union. The employees & manager are very nice & friendly at all locations but I love going to the East Brainerd location.

Trust Federal Credit Union isn't just a bank. They are the best bank you could wish for! My wife and I have been using them for the last 7+ years for our banking needs, including financing our car too. Everything has been a great experience! Everyone we have interacted with has been great however, if you ever get the pleasure of interacting with Laura you are in for treat. She is amazing and we have really appreciated her through the years! She has always gone above and beyond! Laura and the team that makes Trust Federal have always made us feel that we are more like family than customers at a bank! Thank you TFCU!

I have been a member of Trust Federal Credit Union for 15 years or more, and I cannot sing their praises enough! I love having a bank that I can call and get someone on the phone who I know personally and who will take care of everything I need. Becky Sylar in particular has been a HUGE help to me, not just over the years but especially recently. I bought a car a few days ago and financed through the credit union because they have the BEST rates around, and Becky was with me every step of the way. I ran into some snags at the dealership where I bought the car because I was an out of town buyer, and I kept having to call Becky for help. I'm positive I was driving her crazy, but she never let on that I was, and she was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and professional throughout the entire ordeal. She is the BEST!

I always have a great experience with Trust Federal Credit Union. Sherry in the loan department goes over and beyond to help. She always willing and has a lot patient to answer all your question, and if she’s not sure about the question you have asked her she is always willing to find an answer and call you right back with the answer. She is just a great person and a pleasure to do business with her.
