I had a really great customer experience with the Visa Credit Card internal department. The lady I spoke with, Ms. Dee, was outstanding! She was able to get my situation resolved and was very pleasant to speak with. She was engaging and didn’t mind answering any questions I asked. I’d spoken to a couple representatives with Fortera that have gave me attitude, were rude and cut me off, or just didn’t seem to care about my issue. I’m glad that there are still people who care about customer interactions and satisfaction as Ms Dee did!!! Thank you again😊

Dede from Fortera Credit Union was a joy and pleasure to work with. She was super friendly and meticulous at helping me apply for one of their products. She kept me informed every step of the way. I’m truly satisfied with her services.

I usually do not leave reviews, but, after this interaction with Ms. Lee Ann Medley, I felt compelled. This was my 3rd call to get the issue resolved. Ms. Lee Ann handled it like a Pro. After successfully verifying my identity, she immediately took action to bring resolution. Her customer service skills are TOP QUALITY. Words cannot express my gratitude enough, and there are not enough stars to indicate how HIGHLY satisfied I am with her. Ms. Lee Ann, thank you again for quality, professionalism, resolution, and willingness to get my issue resolved. May you and your family be Blessed forever. Kindly, A.W.

Perfect. Seriously. Team work in motion, seeing Keyona, Alyssa, and Shannon aggressively and with professional courtesy assist in removing an ex spouse from a joint account several years dormant and being breathed back to life!! I am impressed with security measures and determination to see everyone involved served to contentment. Thank you - to whomever hired them!! (When I come scalping I'll be looking for the person who trained their PR/Hiring rep - I've given a heads up!). Please. Don't stop. Thank you, Keyona, Alyssa, Shannon, and Fortera et al. Sherry A very happy credit union member!

Every time I use the atm it's a problem. Broke and does nothing. Doesn't except cash. Or steals my money and I have to go through the process and days to get it back. Most days I have to drive all over town too 3 or 4 locations to find a ATM that is working. Highly disappointed. Its been an ongoing problem for the past few years. Will be closing my account.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
