I wanted to refinance a loan ftom a different bank.Did online application, the next day Annie called and verified everything, she was extremely nice and explained things thoroughly, by the next morning, everything was ready, I was able to sign online, never had to leave my chair. The interest rate was close to 1/2 of the old one. I highly recommend this place

I love our local credit union. They have multiple events a year. Very community oriented. All the staff members are very friendly. Khloe Gladson is always smiling and is always nice to me. Dawn Ballew always answers any of my questions that I have.

I have nothing but good things to say about copper basin federal credit union. They are always very helpful and very easy to work with. The staff is extremely patient and kind. A prime example of these traits would be ms.Khloe, she has helped me several times and it is always a very positive experience

Kaycie Loudermilk always goes over and beyond to help us with all our financial needs! Honestly I don’t know what we would do without her. It’s nice to have that small town feel people that works with everyone no matter the circumstances ! We love Kaycie!!!!!

Jennifer with Copper Basin Credit Union was absolutely phenomenal! So accommodating, professional and efficient. She had me set up to operate in no time and all, and was quick to answer all my questions. Thanks Jennifer .. . I appreciate you. Edit: All the beautiful Ladies at CBCU are so caring and professional. They have gone above and beyond to answer my questions and find a resolution to my concerns. Their communication is quick and they're also great with follow-ups.
