Upper Cumberland Federal Credit Union Southbend Rd branch uses terminal tellers. They are prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had no wait time for my multiple transactions and am very happy with the level of service I received. Thank you!

So, talk about a bank that instantly treats their customers as criminals. Was with them for a very short amount of time, but this needs to be heard. On day one, I instantly noticed how impersonal the bank was. Thick, bulletproof glass, no face-to-face walk up tellers, you literally get called up to kiosks instead of dealing with someone in person. This is something I would see back in North St Louis. Somehow, I was able to look past all that and still open an account. You get a really low-quality print on demand debit card that doesn’t even have the extra secure tap function, but also have to pay a $15 fee to replace them. The workers always had an attitude whenever I visited. Every little thing seems to have some huge fee, including the closure of our account. It was not worth my time dealing with them at all. I have been to other credit unions that were so much better, friendlier, didn’t charge for every little tiny action. I’ll probably be charged for leaving this review! I really need to act more on first impressions and trust my guts. Would have saved my time from this place.

This credit union used to be better please help me out many times in the past but recently I’ve had to pay service charges to pay my loan moved out of state used to be able to call the branch and they would take care of it for me now if I call, there’s a $10 charge so I started to pay it online. All the sudden there was a three dollar charge. I think the interest that I’m paying on my loan is enough. As somebody who is trying to budget and get out of debt, these are annoying And I’ll be looking to consolidate my loan and get it out of there as soon as possible Don’t charge your money for paying back their loans they’re already paying interest on, please
