Had a fraudulent charges on my debit card and they told me it wasn't fraud because it was verified. I asked numerous times for the information leading them to this and I asked for the information where the location of this was at but never got any answers I also asked if I could to speak to the visa person that supposedly denied my dispute even after they already approved one of the transactions and didn't take my money out for that. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere

This use to be a great place to bank. I have been a customer for 12 yrs and since this new system I have to run my check down alway holding it. This new system was a BIG MISTAKE. The bank tellers are great but the bank manager needs to look into this new system you will lose some customers if this keeps up!!!!!!

This is my family bank. Couldn't ask for no better service or people here. I absolutely love the workers. They always made sure I was taken care of and when I had questions they actually cared and answered to the best of there knowledge. This is my very first bank and I'm positive it's going to be only one.
