Nice staff, I wish their ATM’s were set up like Carter County bank. I could deposit make deposits-cash/check any time; it’s hard with my schedule to make it to this bank due to their limited hours

Friendly staff but, They will hold your check from you until Monday or Tuesday if you get paid on the weekend. There's been multiple times that my check just sits in my account pending for 3+ days until they accept it. If you want to get paid on time, don't use this bank.

It may have gotten bigger but they should have invested in their customer service. Went in today to purchase a gift card / travel card. I brought cash to purchase the card but they had to deposit the cash in the account and then take it out to purchase the card. They then required I fill out a questionaire with my personal information like mother's maiden name, SSN, etc., etc., which they already have. When asked why their answer was "just policy".

I never had any problems with the staff but the way this bank is ran is absolutely awful. They say you can drawl 500$ from a atm and that’s a lie barely lets you get 300$ if it lets you take any money at all, the mobile app and website sucks, you can’t even reset your own password. They can afford to build and remodel the entire bank but can’t pay someone 10k to make a website that belongs in this decade.

Worst bank ever. Will only let you get 300 dollars out of the ATM. Absolutely worthless. Will charge you for an extra car payment even though the vehicle is paid off and you have to go to them to get your money back. If you want 1k or more out of them on a Saturday you better call in advance cause they will tell you even though its your money to come back next to closing time to see if they have enough money to give you.
