Opening my business account at Southeast Financial was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had as a growing company. Megan was patient, thorough, and incredibly welcoming from the moment our conversation started. She didn’t just rush me through paperwork — she took the time to understand what I’m building with Ironwing Dispatch Co. and made sure every detail was handled cleanly and professionally. What really stood out was the personal touch. I had my daughter with me, and Megan immediately offered toys to keep her entertained. As a father and a business owner, that meant more than she realized. It made the whole process stress-free and showed that this branch understands people just as much as they understand banking. Clear communication, efficiency, and genuine kindness — that combination is rare. Southeast Financial earned my trust today, and Megan made this part of the Ironwing journey feel easy. Highly recommend this branch to any entrepreneur who wants their business handled with real care.

Megan Lacas and her team at SFCU are exceptional. Their customer service is top-notch, as well as follow-through and communication. I continue to be impressed with SFCUs technology - #1. I have done business with them for several years. I highly recommend this organization.

Megan Lacas is the Branch Manager at Royal Oaks. She offers the type of personal home town banking that is hard to find these days. For college students or young families that may need someone to work closely with and answer questions, she's the perfect lender to fit your needs.

I’m extremely happy with Southeast Financial Credit Union!!! The best bank ever and the best service as well, very friendly staff and always ready to help. I used to bank with Regions, Wells Fargo etc. I closed all my accounts in the other banks and just keep Southeast Financial Credit Union. I’ve been member since 2009 and planing to stay as long as they function! Great job SEFC!!!

I have had to follow up three times with Tiara for an auto loan. The agent was unable to do the math and I had to ask twice if she was factoring certain aspects in. Then I had to explain my calculation. For the .25% rate savings it is not even worth my time to deal with the trouble of explaining/applying.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
