I have recently changed to CCU. Thus far, I have had great experiences. The employees are always kind. I am made feel very welcome. The service is always prompt, be it inside or the drive-thru. I do wish the mobile banking had more options. My previous bank did have a much better mobile banking app. I could categorize each expense/income, search check #, search by date. Looking forward to an update here.

Hate this bank. Girl at drive thru is always miserable looking. Never in a good mood. We can do ATM deposits with one card but not the other. If you atm deposit checks on Friday they won't appear in account until Tuesday. The account info on bank app is always crazy, never in order.

I have banked with ccu for a long time. I went to buy a tool at Home Depot once, and they wouldn't take cash to order. I gave them my card no., and as soon as I got home, it was on the news that they got hacked. The next day, ccu sent me a letter telling me of it. They sent me a new card, and new pin. That's service!

They discriminate against you if your credit score isn't above 600. I have never been so very disappointed in my choice of this financial institution. I banked with them for several years when they were located behind TSC and loved the service. I only changed to Bank of America when I was entering the Air Force because of their relationship with the United States military would make banking easier as they had either a branch or ATM on all the Air Force bases. I switched back when I returned and was with them until the ECU was built in Greeneville. When I left I remember that I was getting my direct deposit 2 days before the 1st but now they just hold it pending for 5 days. Your account isn't available for use after midnight until whenever their processing finishes. Their system is outdated and causes issues. If you're credit score isn't a 600+ you can't even deposit cash via ATM. Covid had a negative impact on my credit so that means I'm looking for another bank. ASAP when my check hits I'm thinking Sesame Credit would be great. Another thing don't sign a check over for your spouse to cash if both names aren't on the account they refuse to cash it.

Their very friendly but I don't like when my money hits the bank and it says pending one day and not the other and it takes days before you can get your money. I would recommend if you want your money as it comes in go to Eastman credit union bank.
