I’ve been a member of Scenic City Credit Union for several years and have had a great experience. I first opened car loans with them because of their excellent rates and smooth process. Later, I opened CDs since their rates were consistently better than other options I found. SCCU has always provided friendly service and competitive rates. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Chattanooga area looking for auto loans or CDs. I have enjoyed my last two experiences with Kelly Leiper, she has been very helpful.

I’ve been SCCU for many years now. I always go to the Hixson location and the staff here are always kind. I’m always greeted with a smile rather I go through the drive thru or in person. Recently, I applied for a loan and Caleb Baker made applying so quick and easy. He made sure he answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process. This is why I will never go anywhere else for my banking needs. Kudos to the entire staff at SCCU in Hixson and Mr Baker. Thanks for all you do!!!

Karmesha was an incredible help when my car was totaled and it was a tricky situation in getting another loan while waiting on Insurance to pay my car loan off also withgap insurance. She emailed and kept in touch daily until the new loan was completed. One of the most kind and genuine people I’ve ever had to deal with at a bank!!! We have used them every time for car loans I think for the last four cars!

I have been banking here for over 30 years. Almost anytime I enter the Credit Union I’m greeted by someone who makes me feel like I’m an old friend. I even used them for some of my business accounts before I sold the company and retired. They pay better interest than most of the banks and many of the services that banks charge you for they give free to their members. With multiple locations, it’s usually easy finding one close by so I highly recommend This Credit Union.

Excellent experience with this group! All the staff are easy to work with and willing to help in any way they can, especially Kelly Leiper. She is outstanding, extremely personable and so very helpful. She went above and beyond to help with my aging dad's account. I am so grateful for her compassion and highly recommend banking with the good folks at Scenic Community Credit Union!
