So I went to the ATM to withdraw rent money during their posted business hours on a Wednesday only to find out that I can only withdraw a small amount at a time. Also after making 1 withdrawal of a certain limit that they have, I tried to withdraw the rest of my rent money only to be told that I have reached my limit for the day. So then I parked my truck and went to the door and it was locked. I went back to my vehicle and followed a few others in the drive-thru line and we all realized that they were closed. So now at least 6 customers couldn't get money or transactions due to them being closed. I went home and got online only to find that the bank stated that they are closed due to it's a Wednesday. It seems that every time I need something done here that they're always on some holiday vacation even on days that doesn't deserve time off but also apparently now they just close because it's a Wednesday. This time of year people are out trying to shop for the holidays, pay bills or whatever they need but they can't because it's a Wednesday. Not only am I aggravated over that but why put a withdraw limit so low on someone's account especially when I deposit quiet a bit of money frequently and have an outstanding relationship and business relationship with this place. If this place continues to operate under these pathetic conditions then I will not only shut down my account but I personally know plenty of their customers that will follow. I mean how hard is your job to sit there in heat or air conditioning and withdraw or deposit other people's money but when the time comes for a customer to get money out, you're not even open. That's pure laziness and ignorance. If anyone is reading this and looking for a bank then I highly recommend another place. Im pretty sure that the other 6 or so customers that I saw today would agree. This bank needs to be more professional and considerate of the customers and their needs instead of choosing a random day of the week to be closed. Especially since it wasn't an important holiday or anything.

I have been banking with GECU for many years and have done several auto loans through them. Their eagerness to help is truly second to none! When I started searching for my next vehicle, I went online and completed a credit application and within just a few hours I had a pre-approval. Angel Howard was absolutely fantastic during the whole process from beginning to end. She was extremely patient and went above and beyond to help me on my search, pulling stock numbers and running rates and payments over and over. No matter how many times I reached out, she was eager to assist me and did so with a smile. Once I chose my vehicle, getting the paperwork completed was a breeze. Angel had everything prepared and ready for us to sign in just a couple of hours. We picked up the check the next morning. I will be a GECU member for life! It’s a personable place where you’re not just a number, you’re treated like family!!

We LOVE Eastman Credit Union! The people are always nice, helpful and are quick to get your transactions completed. We give them 10+ Stars for their customer service and products. We have been long time Credit Union members and would NEVER, EVER use a bank again. Thank you ECU for all you do!

I've banked here for a couple years now and have never had a problem with service. The staff are friendly and since it's a smaller bank they end up knowing you on a first name basis. Time taken in smaller banks to complete the same transactions usually take longer in my experience due to a exponentially smaller number of staff on duty but they handle your business quick and get you out while still maintaining good customer service. Not that it pertains to this location but the only downside is that there are only 3 dedicated locations in this area and two of them are very close to one another. Other than that I enjoy doing business with them and would recommend those needing bank accounts to give them a shot.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The benefits they offer are very satisfactory. GECU includes very personalized service with their loan products. They worked with me tirelessly to take care of my best interests not just their own. I am disappointed in ATM access in my local area and honestly the service at the branch can be quite slow. HOWEVER...I will continue to be their customer as the benefits and personalized service are worth a smidge of inconvenience. I would recommend GECU to others.
