The red head girl there was absolutely so rude to me. I felt like she was looking at my skin color and wouldn't listen to anything else. Like I kept my cool and recorded most of it. It's sick today we have ppl that hate, just because someone is different

I wouldn't go back to this bank , the woman patty talked to me like I was 5 yr . No one needs this, rude , I was excited to pay off my 338.00 car loan and get my checking squared back n while I was on the phone with her ( Patty ) she talked to me like I was a nobody.

I have been with this bank now for 1 year. Most of it has been with this COVID 19 time. I have to say this bank is doing very well through it. I have had no bad experiences. All of the tellers I have been to, have been super nice. Vanessa was the first employee there, that we met, who is always kind and friendly. This makes us wanting to keep our business there.

You have the rudest employees working for you and were unwilling to assist with my concern. After two agents confirmed that they can’t do something any other bank would do in a heartbeat I have decided I will be changing banks after spending almost 10 years with you. If you guys aren’t able to assist or if they were telling the truth and can’t perform basic maintenance that other banks can, you are going to lose several clients.

I had previously submitted a review that had posted but it was since deleted. This credit union is horrible. We were referred to this credit union by a company that sells houses. We got a loan and then had to fight to get a copy of our loan paperwork from them. They are never available by phone and the ATM at their main branch did not work on two separate occasions. It did not seem to be out of order, it just would not take my card. No one was working at their drive-thru teller location either on two visits during normal business hours. No location in Bristol and had to use ATM's from drug stores. No ability to make deposits unless I drove to Gray. No one seems too care and the only person that did has left. We will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We have since switched credit unions and will be done with this one later on this year once we are done paying off a loan. This is a one star credit union at best.
