The place is very nice and the people are always willing to help out! I would rate this place better if it was cleaner. The cleanliness of this place has took the biggest downfall since I have been banking here. The bathrooms are always nasty and not useable. They are always dust everywhere. Cleaning is definitely not performed how it should be. We always appreciate the friendliness but would rather go to a cleaner branch.

Customer service denied to speak to me after I pre-verified from fraud transferred to customer service I confirmed 5 additional forms of verification then was told I cannot be spoke with after being verified on previous call no problem before transfer. Jacklyn is the rep as she informed me go to local branch I asked for manager she told me none was available. I also explained I would be happy to wait she left me hold for 20minutes. If you wanna bank with this company provide birth certificate/ social security card for each time you ask a question in the same conversation. After speaking with mngr 1-2 my issue resolved. Huge was of time on customer service

I was hurt on trustage insurance which is the ecu loan insurance you know that helps your payments so you don't get repoed but where they get you they start taking weekly payments on you which draws interest every week right then trustage only pays your payment monthly so for that 3 weeks up til that 4th week your payment is past due drawing interest til time for trustage to make your payment then after your time on trustage insurance is up your behind on your payment and they say well its time we repo your vehicle since you are behind .everthing out of your hands you had no control no its was just there injury insurance and the there ecu loan people working to screw over there members and then there employees thinks its funny it happened to you in the Kingsport office

I know they are the only local bank in the area and many people go through them because they have too. But it is seriously the worst bank ever they cannot make simple chargebacks like other banks. There mobile cards app is a joke when you turn off a card it should block all incoming charges but there’s does not. Their customer support doesn’t know what they are doing half the time and has to transfer you to 9 different people to figure out what is going on. If I could give 0 starts I would. Do not use
