Love this bank. Staff has above an beyond for me and my family multiple times. I used a national bank when I moved out of the area years ago and regretted it. Once I moved back to the area I have bought multiple motorcycles and cars through them without issues.

Online account got hacked and locked us out of the account then the hacker made two 499.00 transfers. Horizon told us that they were not responsible because they hacked the online account and not the check card. Horizon claimed that we gave out our password. They would not provide us with a wirtten statement or legit reason why or even a policy stating the reason why it was not covered in our fraud protection. After a few days they called and said they spoke with the owner and agreed to cover 1 of the 2 transfers but we were no longer allowed to have any online banking with Horizon because we were not responsible. I have only been on the account for a few years but my mom has had an account with them for well over 30 years and was treated like the criminal.

Really liked this Bank until I got scammed by someone pretending to be with Amazon, I contacted Amazon customer service and they told me if my bank would investigate it I would get my money back. This bank didn't even attempt to do anything, so I went to another bank

They are a Good Bank with Good People, the only Negative is they don't give you an ATM Card for free like just about every other Bank does so on days they are Closed (like today) I can't get Accesst o My Money and it's quite Aggravating to be Honest especially on days (like today) where I need to Withdraw Money Badly but because I don't have an ATM Card I have to Wait until they are Open SMH!! They are still a Good Bank that I would Recommend but PLEASE start giving ppl ATM Cards so I can access MY MONEY anytime like I should be able to
