The tellers that I have had the privilege of working with have been exceptional. Issues are the petty fees that they have started charging. In October the institution required every member to get a new debit card. eight months later I lost my wallet over the Memorial Day weekend and had to block capital one cards and my debit card and everything else, had to pay fees for duplicate drivers license and wait for new credit cards from capital one and the credit union that supposedly works for the members charged Five Dollars for a new card, what can you do? You have to have a debit card $5 might not seem like much but when everything is lost and you have nowhere to go Kingsport Press Credit Union will find a fee to charge somewhere some how?
