This credit union is a part of my credit unions co-op. Essentially I can use some of their services like my own credit union. Every time I go in here itβs a nightmare with customer service. Iβve been on at least 4 separate occasions. I get rude looks. Short responses and nothing but frustration from the older female teller. I have been looking for a local credit union to transfer to. On customer service alone, this place is scratched off the list.

I went in today and got harassed by because of my last review π and she said she called my branch to complain . Look it was a true review . If you did your job right and treated the customers like people than it would reflect that in Um ThE REVIEW

Confused by ATM (because I just recently returned to CECU after long absence). But service inside was productive, instructuive, and friendly. Thank you, Josh, for excellent service and kindness.

May be a good financial institution, but the difficulty trying to open an account is unreal. I have a TN drivers license, voter ID, Medicare card, passport, closing documents verifying SS# and address. I like to bank with a credit union and one branch is close to my new home. Closed on my home last week, SS card is in storage. Initially refused an account because I don't have SS card in hand. Call to other office with pleas for help almost worked. I can get a TN driver's to show correct address BUT when credit report is pulled it will still show old address because even the person I talked to agreed that it takes the credit bureau a couple of months to catch up to real time. I'm thinking this is my sign to take my business elsewhere - where I actually feel like they WANT my business and I don't have to beg to give it to them π€ Post Script -TVA Credit Union wan delightful to work with, happy to welcome me as a member, anwith all if the ID i currently have. They have 20+ locations, you have two. Customer service counts...

I've frequented many locations in my 30+ years as a member of CECU and I've had wonderful experiences during that time. The Washington Pike location is the one I frequent the most and Susan always greets me with a welcoming smile. She knows her customers by name and goes above and beyond to take care of them appropriately. CECU, Susan is a jewel of an employee. Thank you for maintaining quality staff.
