Definitely not my first choice when it comes to a bank. I would never bank with an institution that claims to be “community-oriented” yet acts in the complete opposite way. This branch sits directly across the street from a community soccer complex. While one of the complex’s parking lots was under construction and parking was extremely limited, a few parents used the bank’s lot as overflow. Instead of showing a true sense of community, the bank chose to tow a vehicle. Keep in mind, there were about a dozen other cars in the lot that went untouched. When I brought this up, the branch manager excused the decision by citing “legal issues” with after-hours parking. Yet here we are again—this time, the local college is holding a game, and suddenly the lot can be opened up for parking, but only if people pay to use it. So, I have to ask: where is the sense of community in that? To me, it feels far more money-driven than community-driven. DO BETTER!

Jacky is a wonderful teller, very patient with me. I’ve been going here for well over 9 years. I’ve never delt with someone in that office that was so concerned about my wellbeing and everytime I come in she will ask about my family and just makes me feel included.

I first did business with them for nearly 15 years when I got my first credit card and was making car payments at the time through them, and never had an issue with them…. until now. Last month, I called the branch to ask if I had any payments due as I didn’t receive my bill for the previous month and the teller stated I had no payment and was seemingly having a snarky attitude with me and with my mother who called to ask about it too. Then I received my bill for this month AND last month’s bill in the mail and it showed that it charged me extra because I didn’t “pay last months”. and may I add, I had called the week before my payment was due and the teller with the attitude told me I had no payment due then. Ridiculous.

Ive been banking with First Choice for over 30 plus years. I've never had an issue with them. Great customer service 👏. And I want to give a shout out to Ms Deborah, Ms Sandy and Mr Tyler. They always greet me with a smile!

I was trying to make a large cash deposit in the drive thru and was ignored for at least 5min while i sat there listening to them chatter amongst themselves just inside the glass. I don't bank with them so I'm not 100% on their hours. However there's a sign that says 9am to 430 most days. But in very fine print it says main office opens at 10am. So I ask why ignore me? Why not say we don't open til 9am instead of leaving me sitting there like I don't have stuff for so. Oh well. This is why I don't bank here and never will.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
