Deborah in card services is simply beyond belief in the way she truly and sincerely puts members first and foremost. The obvious care and concern she showed over an issue I was going through (NOT caused by KTFCU) was absolutely wonderful. She kept me informed on everything and I knew that I was in the best hands possible. You have great employees who sincerely respect, care about and support their members, and Deborah is the epitome of those qualities.

Long time member. Company updated mobile app and now the new version not compatible with my phone. Website does not have deposit check feature. Forces me to either buy a new phone or drive to branch to deposit checks. Very disappointed.
