i’d recommend going to another bank because if you go here looking anything but basic and you are there to pay a debt they will call you a criminal basically and i’m speaking from experience since one of their tellers called me a thief since i had dark hair and tatted up with piercings. highly recommend going anywhere but here you can tell they hired the mean girls from highschool lol. id give 0 stars if possible.

I went in on Saturday morning. I really just wanted to get money out for grandkids for Christmas. But I have a a truck was looking to refinance. So I thought, today is the day. I said something to the receptionist. She very quickly got me with someone. The process was very simple and quick. The person I dealt with was B Hamilton, she was very professional and made the process very easy. Thank you TVA.

Just closed my account. When I told them my plan was to cancel the account they refused to freeze the account and told me other fees could occur if I don't close my account quickly. Fees constantly, "overdraft protection" isn't protection. It's another fee. Courtesy pay is another fee Not compatible with Zelle. Internal money transfer system is garbage, laggy and has failed numerous times. Significant issues with app and online since the swap earlier this year. Incredibly high interest rates. Unreliable sales reps and bad information. Website informational guide is incomplete and missing key issues and solutions. I've been with TVA for almost 8 years Don't think I'll ever return.

The customer service is fine, and the rates are good, but listen-- the UI for their online and mobile banking has no place in the 21st century. It is absurdly difficult to use. It lacks basic functionality. And whenever you get boxed out in one way or another, you have to call them to get them to fix it. Having to deal with this hellish app is not worth whatever money I've saved.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
