I cannot seem to reach a single soul regarding the fact that my account has been hacked so I guess these ingenious fools are going to take me for all I have before I can get anything done about it!

I am giving this a less rating due to the bill pay which is 3rd party. But I believe rules are driven by ERCU for max amounts, not sure what it is so I tried one amount, decreased and decreased again, this time it locked me out. Called bill pay vendor to unlock. Then called the bank in a.m, to find out what the max is and for my name to be added for bill pay to talk to me. They have not gotten back to me yet in an eight hour day..

OK bank OK service and OK online banking. But now they are closed on Saturday I think it's time to move on to another OK bank that will be open on sat .That was about the only great thing about this bank is they used to be open until noon on Sat. They either need to step it up and do something about a 24 hr hot line or something idk but it's very inconvenient when you work 7 to 5 mon thru Friday and then you can't put your check in your account at all. Not everyone can do direct deposit. It's not a bad bank but it's just OK. The one in Pulaski is better about trying to help you if you have a problem .

Employee Resources Credit Union is by far the best bank that I've ever done business with. They have an excellent fraud protection program & they truly value all of their clients. I highly recommend banking with Employee Resources!
