Thanks Tia for going over and beyond your duty to assist me today. You really represent your bank very well. Thanks again.

This credit Union is the absolute worst. They treat every other credit union like nothing. Bad customer service. The women there has bad attitudes and not helpful at all. And if you are incorrect on anything as simple as paying a loan payment from other credit union, they will pocket your money. I don’t recommend. I need their corporate office number.

It’s so many things that need to be said about this one lady with zero customer service it’s ridiculous.. she wouldn’t care if your account crashed or you never get access to your money she to busy walking around like a gift and not a customer service rep.. she’s the reason I’m leaving this bank right along with 7 other family members
