These guys are terrible. I have an auto loan through them and their online portal makes it like pulling teeth to make a payment. They will only allow you to transfer X amount a day which is less than the total payment and with that you can't set up a future payment for the next day once you've processed one. Recently because of how long they take to process transfers had a payment returned due to insufficient funds in my bank account. Because of this they locked any ability for me to transfer funds from another institution and my only option is to mail a check in each month for my car payment. Seriously this place is a joke, I will be re-financing and taking my business elsewhere. Their customer service for the most part is kind but not helpful in any way.

I have been a member with this institution since 2021. I have recently had a fraudulent situation that I requested a refund for and they are refusing to do anything about it. There's other minor issues as well with this place, but today was the final straw. Off to find a better credit union.

Opened an account with them to try and get a loan but was denied and then when I tried to cancel the account (no longer needed it without a loan) I had to go through chat support and they said they would do it after a couple weeks but a month later and I had to hit up support again and that time they said they would do it that day and send my opening deposit but now it's 2 weeks later and no check and I can't log into my account to check what's going on

FECU will be facing a lawsuit soon, they will let anyone make a charge to your account, and they won't dispute it even with proof, please don't bank here, plus the atms never work, and employees are there just for a check not to assist you

On my way to a branch tomorrow, but of all the financial institutions I've dealt with over the years, FedEx Credit Union is the ABSOLUTE WORST. They have NO customer service at all. I had a fraudulent charge issue, and it literally took me 45 minutes to get someone breathing on the phone. They were not a part of the department I needed, but she did ATTEMPT to help. In the end, I was told I needed to come into a branch to have it resolved. This was not the first issue that I've had with my card regarding my ability to use it, but let me say this... IT WILL BE THE LAST! I will close the account ASAP if I have ONE MORE ISSUE WITH MY CARD! I'm done.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
