I attempted to use my fingerprint to access my account last night, but the system kept prompting me to reset my password. I put cuurent the password that I had written down, then I wrote down a new password. The system wouldn't accept either. When I checked this morning my thumbprint worked to check my account. I called the credit union to speak with someone who could assist me in understanding what happened and knowing what pass word I should be relying on now. Instead, I spoke with someone named Misty, who asked me the same questions over and over again, and when she finally said that she would transfer to the IT department, the phone rung several times, then I received a recording asking if I would like to make a call, hung up first. I thank God for HIS patience, especailly when dealing with someone who is unconcerned, about MY money.

I've been with this credit union for over 5 years and they have been professional and friendly. They treat us like we're part of the family and they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me out and protect my money when they didn't have to do it! I highly recommend this branch!
