Recently me and my sister had to use this places atm..We weren’t aware they were closed (shouldn’t have matter anyway because the atm is on the outside) & it was some black lady who worked there just giving us an evil look. She disturbed us by asking us were we waiting for someone. I said no we are about to use the atm. She gave me the thumbs up..I did it back & she then proceeded to TRY to look intimidating. Really ridiculous in my opinion. My sister couldn’t find her card & that’s why we were in the parking lot. The other employees looked like they were scared to go to their vehicles. Didn’t know mind our own business would scare so many people. Won’t ever use this location again.

The online reset is horrible. Everytime your company changes the page or updates it, I will have a problem getting back into my account.

Thank you Rhea. The most friendliest staff ever. Safety lock on entry door comfortable seating area in view of all staff minimizing your wait. Always some type of thank you treats. Lollipops. lol

Wow......I don't even know what to say. I have banked here over 20 years . So disappointed. This is my credit union, the credit union that has my back. Financed multiple houses and many car's. Absolutely the worst experience when it comes to refinancing a car. This process went on for weeks and weeks and weeks. I need this document.I need that document. This document is wrong.That document' is wrong.I need another copy of this one, its expired. Hours on the phone collecting documents. I felt like I was doing all the leg work. I wasn't borrowing a million dollars...just 30k. I put an application online with navy federal. It was approved in minutes and completed in less than a hour!!! I wasted so much time. This is absolutely not acceptable, and i'm so disappointed.
