I called in inquiry about a pending deposit. The young lady I spoke with sounded tired. She was very rude and nasty. I'm like this my money. She act as if I was asking to borrow some money from her. This my paycheck. If you don't want to be at dealing with people, find something else to do

Want an inconvenient bank that's only open while you're at work? Wanna wait in line in the drive through for 30 minutes at a time? Wanna receive 75 life insurance offers in thick, paper wasting envelopes every month? Wanna wait in line for an ATM that doesn't work when you pull up? Wanna hunt for a different branch of your bank for thirty minutes because it's hidden well off the road with no signage to point the way? Want to waste time every instance you deal with your bank? If any or all of these desires well up in your chest then City of Memphis Credit Union is for you!

I have never had a problem I love the credit union better than a regular Bank is more like a family friendly place to do business with... That's why I gave it five stars the only thing I do not like is that you cannot deposit money through the teller machine
