I just completed a refinance with Orion Financial, and the process went very smoothly. The team was efficient and clearly explained all the steps necessary to close on time. Their customer portal made the transfer of documents easy, and I was able to complete the entire transaction remotely. Great experience overall!

Rachel Campbell is truly one of a kind. She has been my clients’ lender for a long time now, and every single transaction with her reminds me why I trust her so much. She is excellent at what she does, thorough, detail-oriented, and incredibly thoughtful—but she’s also wonderfully creative when it comes to making things work on tough deals. I am especially grateful for her patience, her kindness, and her ability to connect with so many different people, no matter where they are in the process. Rachel is a true partner in serving our clients well, and I’m always thankful to have her on the lending side of my transactions.

This review is for all branches since they all typically have the same setup, Orion could be a lot better. Cash deposits at ATM, is old fashioned envelope type, even in this modern world not like Wells Fargo , NFCU, same as check deposits old fashioned takes forever to show deposits in accounts, overall the customer service is pretty good just regular banking hours like back in the day, tuned for mostly older generation that don’t give a flip, would be better if it was 24 customer support, if you want a moms and pop bank , this is for you.

Another of my clients is a proud homeowner because of your diligence and unmatched expertise, Ila. Despite complexities that would have prevented other lenders from moving forward at all, you managed to ensure a smooth transaction and a timely closing once again! Truly, your expertise and commitment to your clients is special and rare, Ila. I appreciate you greatly.
