They cost me almost $1000, I had a two CD’s with First South a few days before they were to mature I met with the assistant manager and instructed them to renew the CD’s. About 5 weeks later I find out they DID NOT renew the CD’s they put the funds in an account earning almost NOTHING. So NOBODY at the Credit Union followed the instructions I gave them and the Assistant manager entered in the computer. They Could NOT Care Less, “Oh well, sorry”. Wow, that lack of Service is Unacceptable!!!

Someone debit 3 transactions. 2 of which were $681 for state farm by debit card. I do use state farm but my note is 381 once a month. The 2 transactions were 7 days apart. My state farm are AcH. First financial investigative department I think don't exists. My 2 year old grandson could deduce this as fraud and not related to myself. Wish I would've done my research into what a rip off this bank is. Seems like a pattern.

Would not give me back over draft fees when my account was in a positive! They kept saying pending deposits even after I pointed out to the lady where it was in a positive and I getting overdrafts! I have more than 11 36 dollar overdraft fees in my account in ONE DAY! So you telling me none of my transactions went through? I’m speaking with a laywer about this ASAP

Getting a loan approved here is not possible. At least thats my experience on two separate occasions. I was working with Katherine, but she never returned one call or follow-up to let me know my status and how I wanted to proceed. Wanted to push other products when I called her. I went back to my old credit union with no problems at all. Therefore, I am closing this account. I guess they bank with "some friends."

I transpose my numbers I contact the bank for 2 weeks straight they could not locate the money. One person located it placed into my account and then it was removed by risk management and now my check should be $25,164 and I only got $10, 000 out of they said it was my fault. Yes I transposed the numbers but I called the day after it was supposed to be posted. And the bank representative told me that if it was the wrong account it would be sent back this did not occur My check was sent on May 27th it is now June 24th. I keep getting the same message we're working on it. I'm so stress out I end up in the hospital for chest pain. But it's not their money it's mine so they just took $15,000 for me. It's bad when every time I call they give me the same person's name and number and nothing happens.
