I have been an OHCU member for almost 7 years and I love my bank! The staff are always welcoming and happy to help. The Donelson location is particularly my favorite due to being treated with such personal care and this branch is convenient to my work . Delaney and Brittany are always so sweet, attentive and professional. The absolute best place to bank. -Haven

I have been banking with Old Hickory since 2007 and they have been awesome. And when they had built the location near the airport, that became super convenient. You will be pleased with their service and how helpful they are to their members.

I had an amazing experience at this branch! The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. A special shoutout to Jenna Hansen—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and made me feel like a valued member, not just another customer. Her professionalism and kindness truly stand out. Highly recommend this branch if you’re looking for top-tier service!

Fantastic branch! Jenna leads an amazing team. Brittany and Delaney are super helpful (Welcoming big Smiles) with a quick deposit, and Raychel is great for any account question or loan needs. Love this branch.

If you value your time, stay away from this bank. It’s not just one location—it’s the whole organization. Everything about their system feels archaic and difficult to navigate. To make matters worse, their customer service is consistently unhelpful, whether you're talking to a person or in chat. I tried to stick it out for years, but I’m finally done. No "perk" they offer is worth the stress of actually dealing with them. I would give examples but honestly this bank as stolen enough of my time over the years.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
