Extremely rude. The address here was listed in an email confirming my driver license renewal. It listed this address and said to contact Department of Safety and Homeland Security for any questions regarding my driver license. When I called the number provided for this address, the man was extremely rude, would not give a correct phone number or point me in the right direction. The email I received from the government literally said to contact this office. He hung up on me when I curiously, kindly asked how to find the correct number and address to have my question answered re: DL. Just hung up on me after a couple rude sentences. Understandable for a government employee I suppose.
