The atms never work. Even after a new and updated system, it just kicks your card out and says thanks for banking with us. Reciprocals are great but not when I'm already at this location. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Terrible , if there was a space for a 0 I would have put a 0. Service doesn’t align with the mandate of this company. If you are here to help the community mostly low income families and you even make it worse to their financial situations. I used my car as a collateral and paid them good monthly for 2 years , only 2 months I defaulted payments due to financial crisis and over night my car was repossessed for a $300 arrears .i was asked to pay the 300 plus the $481 plus $10 for using a debit card to the towing company and the storage days $15 daily . The mission was for me to fail so that they sell my car . They even knew each other the bank employees and the towing company. They called each other by names and she said she has been doing business with them for a long time . It looks like there is conflict of interest in the expense of clients . If your mandate is to help the low income / strugglers and you repossess a car for a 2 months missed payments that’s terrible . I paid all they needed the $800 and the insurance fees and the storage and when I was to go pick the car after work at 7 pm the lady said she is going for holiday for 3 days and I will have to pay for the storage of my car when she is on holiday . More money again . I had to beg her that I don’t have anything , leave my car outside she refused . She locked my car in the storage and left , and said she will wave some fees and i again go with no car for another 4 days . It’s terrible , I regret why I used them . No compassion at all . Very rude lazy and slow employees. It takes an hour to get someone on the phone .

Definitely dropping my account soon. Brought my yearly bonus to this branch, been banking here for years. Manager at this location would only cash half the check and told me there would be a five day hold. I asked why and all I was told was "the amount," as if I haven't brought more in before, never once did anyone place a hold on my account. She wouldn't speak to me herself, just ran and hid when I was clearly not happy. I don't know what she thought she was proving to who. A week rolls by and I have to call to get someone to finish the transaction. What was the point of the hold if it took two seconds to send it through? In what world, as a bank, is forcibly taking someone's financial autonomy good for your business? It obviously wasn't a fake check. Lady, what was the point of that?

I visited the hermitage ave. branch today to let my son experience first hand depositing his OWN saved money! He was very excited about this! Upon entering the parking lot I was impressed that there were plenty of parking spaces available and no hassle at all with parking. As we entered inside the branch we were greeted by the staff and assisted immediately! Thanks Jim! After making this a great experience for my son we were then greeted by a new worker and Mrs. Sandra who assisted us with our other needs. The only major concern I had with the receptionist area is that people are able to be assisted but their personal information is being discussed while others are in the waiting area. The ladies were very kind and make you feel very comfortable but you never know who’s paying too much attention to you! So moving forward and this is not because of the privacy concern but I got further assistance to finish up everything I needed by one of the managers (Patrick) who was amazing! He explained in detail my questions and concerns, he was very knowledgeable of the company itself, he took time to make sure my questions were answered, he did not make me feel rushed nor confused. All in all my experience was great! Thanks US COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION!

I want to send a special thank you to Mrs. Glenda Harris! Where do I start? Before I met Mrs. Harris, I had just left US Community Credit Union off Old Lebanon the day before due to some activity on my account. While I was at the Lebanon location, it took me four walks to the ATM before the lady got my new card activated correctly (she didn't know she had to verify the card). Before I left, my funds were not in my new account. She said it should be on there tomorrow. Well, tomorrow came, and still no money. I was distraught because something told me not to leave the bank until the issues was fixed, but I left anyway. The next day, I went to a different location, and I met Mrs. Harris! She looked at my account and noticed right away what was wrong and fixed my account right away. I was close to pulling all my funds from the bank, but Mrs. Harris made me think twice because she took her time and corrected the issue. Thank you so much, Mrs. Harris, for fixing my account and saving the day! You are truly Amazing!
