I have been a member for several years. Vanderbilt Credit Union has been overall a place were you feel like you are well taken care of. They will go out their way to provide stupendous service! Always making you feel like you are more than just a customer; you feel like family. They will work with you in setting goals for yourself and family.Always making you top priority! I recently had a circumstance that required special attention. Mr.Mike McDonald assisted me. He gave me direct instructions on how to handle a situation. Once, I got the payments down to a certain amount; he stated; he would work with me. Mr. McDonald was yrue to his words. He turned a vèry crucial situation around. Mrs. Ladesh Harris played a very important role as well. I would like to thank Vanderbilt Credit Union for always being friendly, professional, willing to go the extra mile in everything for their customers! I am very grateful and I am looking forward to many great years with Vanderbilt Credit Union!

I went this week to the branch and was very pleased. If you decide to bank with this credit union, please ask for Megan. She's awesome!! She helped me set up my account in no time and very knowledgeable about all the questions I had. A truly great experience at this branch.

As you can see from their average, the people working here are extremely rude and incompetent. If you want to talk or say 1 word, good luck. They don’t care about you one bit.

This credit union is unfortunately very incompetent at what they do. They approved us one day for an auto loan, then the next day un-approved us. We got the reasoning in the mail and they had the wrong credit report with negative remarks as to why they denied our loan which was inaccurate. I attempted to have them fix it to no avail and they just ignored us instead of acknowledging they had used the wrong credit report. They also shared information about another family members credit info with me which is illegal and a breach of confidentiality. Steer clear, find a real credit union if you're looking for an auto loan.

Had my first experience with the Vanderbilt Credit Union today and I was very pleased. Dawn was quick to answer questions and supply me with the digital link for the application. Megan was fantastic and shared a lot on insight into the process and benefits of being a part of a credit union. The entire process was painless and swift.
