This is the best bank if you want to get verbally harassed by a girl named Shelby and have her tell you off with her attitude. Then the executives at corporate are all talk with no follow through at the end of the day. They will do everything in their power to screw you over personally, weaken the security of your digital life, and lie to you. Every branch I've dealt with is just a new flavor of incompetence and lies. I've now been harassed once, been told to commit check fraud, had them fail to follow up with communication with me three times, been lied to by a branch manager on your business debit cards are coming, and then lies to AGAIN that any branch can print them on demand. You can't even freaking talk to anyone at a branch, and when you call the call center to transfer you they're incompetent and one time they transferred me to their internal help desk which is the weakest security I've ever seen. To top that one off help desk just lied to me and tried to get me off the phone rather than doing anything to "help" me. This is a sorry excuse for any place to store you money. Look elsewhere. Edit: Some lovely person named Jason Love called me and had an attitude the entire time and told me to find a new bank and when I tried to continue to conversation he just hung up on me. Please remember at the start of this conversation I told him I was on the way to take care of my dying grandmother. Absolutely no compassion or sympathy. He just wanted me off the phone because he didn't like my review.

ORNL has the worst customer service support that I’ve ever seen with a credit union. I will be moving the rest of my accounts to Y-12 as soon as possible as well my parents’ accounts. The majority of customer service representatives are extremely rude and condescending. Customer retention is not ORNL’s concern apparently.

It has been a hell of a week for my husband and I and they worked with us. Billy was kind enough to take the time to help us set up an account when he could have just had us come back. It was great conversation and he didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience. He seriously helped us have such a huge weight off our shoulders. Thank you Billy and thank you ORNL!!

Customer service reps are so rude and show no empathy towards others and their funds. I spoke with Angela via chat service and she was rude and very short. She had no intention of helping me today. Guess I’ll have to go in person to get help or switch banks to USAA who has better reps

On October 22, I visited the Oak Ridge branch lobby. Cody was terrific. He did something that I don't experience often. When he did not know the answer to my question, he actually went to find out the answer. He was POLITE the entire time even though it took a few minutes. That is something that I have rarely encountered and I truly appreciated it.
