After over 10 years and maintaining three accounts, including multiple CDs and investments, I have officially closed all my accounts with Y-12 FCU. Despite my loyalty, the investment department is nearly impossible to reach; my calls regarding CD rates and percentages were consistently ignored. Furthermore, my experience trying to secure a home loan with Mr. Maples fell short of professional expectations. The final straw was when they held a five-figure check for over a month due to "fraud allegations." Even during a family emergency where I only needed a small fraction of those funds, they refused to cooperate. I am done being micromanaged and treated like a child with money I worked hard for. If you want a bank that respects your time and your business, look elsewhere.

I'm been a faithful member here since 2008! My house is PAID for Free and Clear! I've had Multiple loans and paid them off early. I come in to consolidate two small loans asking for $10,000 via Signature loans and they deny me knowing my Money is always early and ON TIME! Unless the Director makes an executive decision and grants me the money that I should rightly have access too immediately I will be closing all accounts and never doing business here again!!!! If they don't make this right then they don't care about your "Why" nor any part of 'How" to solve such a small problem!
