The girls at the drive-thru window always take care of me and are friendly. They remember me when I come thru! And Jenny is the BEST!!! Card issues or transfers or questions I have, she is always so sweet and helpful. I have zero complaints. We've been with HCU for nearly 25 years. I'm thankful for them!

Extremely rude by phone! FYI anything you deposit automatically goes to savings in case nobody told you that works here. Terrible. Use a big name bank do NOT go to this small town bank where nobody knows what they are talking about!!!!!!! I waited 16 days for a check to post RIDICULOUS

I am giving the 3 stars for Noel and Alyssa but EVERY time I call on the phone to ask a question or to get any information it is absolutely the rudest and least helpful people. I just called because they called my husband because I switched insurance companies and my current insurance company hadn’t sent them the declaration. I have been in and out of town due to a passing and never received the document that says they didn’t receive that Information. So I called to see if there was someone I could fax it to or email it to or send it in somehow and the lady was like you can go to the website and get that information. I’m on the phone with you right now can I not get the information that way but instead she was very short, seemed very disinterested in even taking my phone call, Didn’t want to provide any useful information, And then said well, we sent you something in the mail. So when I said that I’ve been out of town due to a passing and in and out of the home, then she was like oh sorry for your passing and probably the most sarcastic tone I could’ve ever heard. Just disappointed that a small hometown bank would have such rude people on the phone.
