I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessional and abrasive behavior displayed by the notary at Federal Credit Union in Spring Hill. From the beginning, the tone was sharp, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. There was no effort to provide basic courtesy or create a respectful environment. What should have been a routine notary service became uncomfortable due to the cold and unwelcoming demeanor. Most concerning was the way she addressed my elderly mother. The lack of patience, warmth, and respect shown toward her was unacceptable and frankly disturbing. Elderly customers deserve dignity — not condescension. I left aghast at how she was spoken to. Professionalism and member care should be the standard in a financial institution. This experience fell far below that standard. As a result, I will not be returning, and I will be advising my mother to move her account elsewhere. That is how strongly I feel about the treatment we received.

Alesha is truly amazing and an absolute rockstar! She helped me through my loan when I had a wreck and getting approval on my new car loan! She worked hard and was great at communicating with me through it all!

Staff members—from entering the lonby-were enthusiastice in their welcoming attitudes, upbeat greeting and meeting service expectation! Despite the busy day, the rep who handled my request seemed to set the standard for the team to emulate.

After years of using this credit union for loans I will be moving my services elsewhere as soon as possible. Whether you are on time for a payment, or even within a payment’s grace period, they’ll call you for a payment regardless of if you’re already current and harass you as if you’re late. Multiple times I have made payments both calling and trying their online system and they still call multiple times in the same day when I am current and payments are not even due yet, to ask me for more damn money. Their new payment system doesn’t record it I guess, because I definitely paid a payment yesterday and HAVE THE E RECIEPT yet they have called me twice today for yet another payment on something that is not even due yet?! It’s a week before Christmas and you’re harassing people for bills not even due? I will be selling my current vehicle to get into another car as I planned and then I will be taking any loan business PERMANENTLY ELSEWHERE. I learned long ago not to bank with yall, you just take money for loans out of peoples accounts whenever you wanted when they weren’t even due yet, that’s why you don’t get my business on that. Yall are now becoming loan sharks at this point, and not even when bills are due yet. That oughtta lose you more business than just mine.
