First off, like everyone else I've met since moving to Tennessee, super friendly people. ❤ But... four weeks ago I stopped in to deposit a check drawn on a bank in Canada. I've been working for this company as a consultant/contractor for nearly five years. When I brought my first check to the Credit Union in Wisconsin, they said it would be a 7-10 day hold while the check cleared. I was told basically the same thing at the CUfRC. After three weeks I called to find out why I had no deposit, being more than 7-10 business days later, and they couldn't give me an answer. I was told "maybe by the end of the week" and that was two weeks ago. Today I received a deposit of $370. The check was for $465 dollars. When I called and asked about the discrepancy I was told there was a $95 foreign check transaction fee. NO ONE mentioned anything about a fee when I visited the branch to make the deposit, nor when I called to ask about the delay. When I moved to Tennessee, the 2nd thing I did was open an account at TCURC. No problem, friendly, happy people. But today... I was treated with obstinance and near disdain. I asked what the hell are you people trying to do to me? Then I was scolded for cursing at one of their employees!! LoL - They haven't heard me even start to curse. Needless to say I will be closing my accounts and I will take every opportunity to badmouth the Credit Union for Robertson County. I hope they go broke and everyone there loses their job.

I will not be doing business with this bank again. My car was totaled out in May, my loan officer told me she would get back to me when everything was settled, still haven’t heard from her regarding that and we are now in July. Called for a quote on a new vehicle and she said she would get back to me, never did. Got a bill in the mail for the account closing without any details. Called multiple times, left messages, messages were given to her from front desk staff, still have yet to hear back. I will say the front desk staff is very nice but that’s not enough

I won't do business with them again. My husband had been calling them for week and a half to talk to them about our loan, they never called him back. He had to call them. Also when we took a loan to buy a car, they set it up for us to make a payment within two weeks. I Will not recommend them to anyone. Also I Will not ever do business with again!

Many attempts to get info on all 3 acts with no results. Hold put on one acct for a reason they would not tell me. Three days of calling still refusing to give info on my accts and no call back . Had to drive 30 mins one way for two days in a row and still would not give me information on why there was a hold on my account. I was told to call my lawyer about money this credit union was holding which my lawyer had no idea why they where holding it. Don't waste your time here. Very disappointed with this credit union. Closing all acts!
